By now you probably know all about the Nokia 6, the newly unveiled smartphone that represents the Finnish brand's long awaited re-entry into the mobile space. This model was oddly made official during the weekend, and Nokia has crushed the dreams of many international customers when it confirmed that the 6 would be exclusive to the Chinese market. At least at first, since it's entirely possible that a global version will be introduced during Nokia's MWC press conference in late February.

Today the phone has become open for reservations in China, with just a CNY 66 ( or €9) deposit required to make sure you will be among the first to pick one up when it actually goes on sale.

Speaking of which, the Nokia 6 will become available in China on January 19 at 10 AM through JD.com, the country's biggest online retailer. The handset's price is CNY 1,699, which is around 5 or €231 right now.

It comes with a 5.5-inch 1080p touchscreen, the Snapdragon 430 chipset, a 16 MP main camera, an 8 MP selfie unit, 4GB of RAM, 64GB of expandable storage, and a 3,000 mAh battery. It runs Android 7.0 Nougat.
